RamenSplit is built for developers. We operate under a strict zero-trust model. The browser extension exists exclusively to detect generation latency and display clean, relevant developer tool sponsorships. We do not read, inspect, store, or transmit your prompts, conversations, or proprietary code.
2. Information We Collect
Generation Latency Duration: The number of milliseconds spent while an AI model generates responses (used solely to calculate revenue distribution).
Platform Name: The domain where generation occurred (for example: chatgpt.com or claude.ai) to ensure accurate sponsor delivery.
Payout Identifier: A payout account identifier used only after payout functionality is enabled and you explicitly connect an account.
3. What We Never Access
- We never read prompt inputs or code sent to AI providers.
- We never read model outputs or generated code traces.
- We never track your general browsing activity outside AI chat tabs.
- We never sell or distribute personal identifying information.
4. Open Source Verification
Our Chrome extension content scripts are open for community audit. The selector heuristics only listen for stop-generation buttons to calculate start and stop timestamps.
