Terms of Service & Release of Liability

1. Acceptance & Mandatory Consent
By creating an account, installing the RamenSplit extension, or purchasing developer sponsorships, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Release of Liability set forth herein.
2. Revenue Sharing & Payout Terms
RamenSplit distributes 50% of net collected sponsor revenue to active users based on verified human attention duration during AI model reasoning. Payouts require a valid Stripe Express connection. The minimum threshold for weekly batch disbursements is $5.00.
3. Acceptable Use & Fraud Prohibition
You agree not to run automated scraping tools, artificial latency loops, or headless scripts to simulate false prompt wait times. Any detected fraud immediately forfeits unpaid balances and terminates access.
4. Advertiser Warranties & Creative Content
Advertisers warrant that all sponsored tools, destination URLs, and copy comply with applicable laws, contain no malware, and do not infringe on intellectual property rights. Advertisers remain solely responsible for products linked in their campaigns.
5. Comprehensive Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge RamenSplit, its founders, officers, and contributors from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Changes, downtime, or policy shifts by third-party AI interfaces (including OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or other providers).
- Third-party websites, developer tools, or services advertised on the platform.
- Interrupted Internet connectivity or browser extension runtime errors.
RamenSplit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
